Malfunction

What happens if my water purification system is off?


If the water purification system is turned off, we must firstcheck that the current source has power, in many occasions the G5 current source has a safety mechanism that cuts the current.




What happens if my water purification system presents any problems?


Contact us directly to 1-800-674-5054 Ext 1 for Central Florida or Ext 2 for South Florida.




What happens if the equipment is disconnected from the power?


If the equipment is disconnected from the power, the equipment will use a 48-hour battery to save its programming, if the equipment exceeds 48 hours without power, you should call our technical support at 1-800-674-5054, to reprogram the equipment at no cost to you.




Who should I contact if the water purification system goes off or something happens with the equipment?


First, you should make sure the equipment is properly connected to the power. If it is and the problems persists, you should contact our technical support service at 1-800-674-5054.





Maintenance & Installation

How often do I need to add salt to the equipment?


You should add salt every two months.




Can I wash the whole filter with water, including the head?


Yes you can.




Will you be installing and servicing the device? Is that free, and if not, what will it cost?


Intallation is FREE.




If I move to a new house, do you move the equipment?


Yes! We can offer the moving services for a fee, it depends on the distance from your old house to your new house.




Does the water purification systems need maintenance?


Yes, it requires minimum maintenance every two years at no cost to you.




What type of salt do I need to add the equipment?


Any type of salt you can buy at the nearest store, specifically for water softening machines. You can use any brand.




How much salt do I need to add to the equipment?


You should add salt up to the top of the back tank.




Does the water purification system give any type of warning when it runs out of salt?


The water purification system does not give any warning when it is out of salt. We recommend our customers to check the tank once a month to verify the amount of salt in it.




How often does the Osmosis Reverse need maintenance?


We recommend doing maintenance on the Osmosis Reverse every two years.





Warranty

If I move to a new house, do you move the equipment?


Yes, we can uninstall the sytem and move it to your new home. We can offer you the moving service for a fee. The fee will depend on the distance to the new home.




Do you have a contractor’s license, business license, and liability insurance?


Yes, we do have contractors license and liability insurance.




What type of warranty comes with this product?


Our system has a 25-year warranty.

How big is the main filter?


It is approximatelly 5 Feet high.




Can the whole system be installed in the kitchen?


Only the Reverse Osmosis filter can be installed in the kitchen under the sink. The whole house water purifying system should be installed either in the garage or outside the house.




Which type of water treatment product should I purchase?


Once you know what is in your water through a water analysis, then you can better determine what you need to remove. We can do a FREE water test in your home and then be able to determine which product is better for you.




Will the device you are recommending treat enough water to accommodate my family’s needs?


YES, it would purify your whole home water. You would get purified water on every tap of your home.




Does your water purification system remove LEAD, BACTERIA, CHLORINE AND ARSENIC from the water?


Yes, our water purification system removes lead, bacteria, chlorine, arsenic and other chemicals and contaminates from your home water.

My water tastes bad. What may be the cause and can it be corrected?


If you want to treat your drinking and cooking water, a whole water purification system can greatly improve the taste, smell and quality of your water by removing chlorine and other offensive tastes.




What is Water Filtration?


A process in which water passes through a water system that may include one or more filters for the purpose of removing turbidity, taste, color, iron, odor and/or certain chemicals such as chlorine and others in the water.




How long is the installation process?


It can take approximately 2-4 hours.




How much time does the water analysis test take?


Approximadetly 45 minutes.

What is PH?


A figure expressing the acidity or alkalinity of a solution on a logarithmic scale, where 7 is neutral, lower values are more acid and higher values more alkaline. The pH level of pure water is 7, and anything lower is typically considered acidic.




What is Alkaline water?


Alkaline water is the opposite of acidic water. It has a higher pH level than plain water. Alkaline water helps alkalize an acidic body. This is especially important for people who consume diets that are rich in acidic foods, such as processed foods, dairy, sugar, and red meat. Some research suggests, you can live longer and healthier drinking alkaline water. Alkaline water has a PH of 9 and more. Our system provides 10.5 PH of alkaline water.




There is chlorine in my water. Is chlorine bad for me?


Chlorine is a highly efficient disinfectant and it is added to public water supply to kill disease-causing bacteria. Chlorine in drinking water is bad for you. Chlorine is widely used in drinking water and studies suggest that long term exposure to chlorinated drinking water is associated with an increased risk for bladder and rectal cancer.




Do I need sales experience to apply for a job with you?


No, you do not need previous experience. We will give you a free training which will prepare you to become a great sales person. We also offer high commissions, the use of a CRM and an iPad. You will get all the tools you need to succeed as a salesperson in our company.
